In my position as design intern in the Trinity University Marketing and Communications Office, I have gained invaluable skills in web design, illustration, magazine design, marketing, and how to work within the constraints of brand guidelines. Through this position, I have created Trinity oriented ads, event programs, posters, page layouts, illustrations, logos, and business cards. In between random dance parties in the office, I have grown as a multifaceted designer and have further developed a marketing mindset in working for a cohesive company that caters to over 3,000 current students, faculty, and staff and high schoolers on the path towards applying to college. There is very close cohesion between all members of the Marketing staff in order to create campus-wide campaigns that are implemented through both printed and online media. Additionally, I am confident in my ability to perform a wide range of job duties with a positive attitude including tasks such as working with other like-minded individuals in creating a productive and professional work environment. I am eager to contribute my enthusiasm and skills and to develop as a designer in an environment that is anything but boring.
